Plus in order to defeat Iran they would have to invade Iran, the population dislikes the Mullahs in power, but they are fiercely nationalistic and bombing them would just make the Mullahs more powerful

No I obviously believe that Hamas has their entrances in hospitals and that despite that it obviously it would not have been Israel that bombed the hospital.Probably (95%+ chance) with a rocket that they launched against Israel. Either it fell out of the sky or lsrael shot it down.
