agreed its all deplorable but would you also denounce the catalyst that was Macaabi fans pulling down Palestinian flags and pulling what the assumed was a Muslim cabbie out of his car and beating him up?

Also what were your feelings on the chanting and fireworks during the minutes silence for the victims of the flooding in Spain?

I mean at the end of the day you cannot possibly think that this was acceptable behaviour when "invited" to compete in a foreign country surely? If City fans went on a rampage on a European away day I'd call them out no matter what the retaliation was.

Out of the 730+, the 180+ Palestinians killed were young children.

there is yet no distinction of how many Palestinian women killed by IDF, but the murder of Eysenur Eygi, shot in the head by sniper approx 200 metres distance, is obvious. Intentional. Israel govt however deduced as the sniper bullet ricocheting the ground then to her head.

What are the odds.

Well if you keep targeting women and children you're making sure they can't procreate and start an intentional population decline. As if people had the bareface cheek to come crying on here about Haifa hooligans getting a slap. Should be treated like pariahs, get them kicked out of any sporting body covering Europe.

It’s crass behaviour but not too sure it warrants physical violence.

We have anti Israel protests on our streets with unsavoury chants and flags torn down etc.

Is it ok for those people to be attacked?

It did. With no sound. Apparently the racial chants were "too offensive to broadcast"... which means people might think they were rude words, rather than celebrating genocide. I can't recall the BBC being sensitive about this before. Happy to report those saying that "Palestine will be free from the river to the sea" is calling for genocide, but not words celebrating the extermination of children.

I saw that earlier and agree. The media haven't overlooked it, though; they've willfully misrepresented what happened.

It's a bit different when it's folk coming from another country doing it. If Fenerbeche fans went on the rampage in London ripping everything up and chanting death songs the Right wing nutters would explode.
