That’s undeniably correct on all counts that you’ve raised, but the figure of 300 just doesn’t add up irrespective of the awful (and doubtless much higher) figure in Gaza.Tbh I thought it would have been in the thousands but apparently not. I guess children in the Ukraine had an easier escape route whereas the one's in Gaza have/had nowhere to go. Being such a built up area escalates the death count too.
Thousands and thousands, I don't understand your point? How many innocent civilians have Russia killed in Ukraine?
They have left teams with anti armour weapons. There have been few pictures of open gun battles but dozens of instances of Israeli armour being blown up by Palestinian homemade RPG's.All they have done is retreated South, and left a few fighters in the north, it's a sensible military tactic, plus there are not that many IDF on the ground, Israel is doing their job for them, demonizing itself in the eyes of the world make no bones about it in order to achieve their objectives they are going to have to put lots of boots on the ground, and that is exactly what they are waiting for, this has been planned for a long time, eyewitness accounts from IDF soldiers are that they haven't really seen any Hamas considering that they have over 30,000 fighters it's quite obvious what has happened
I see Turkey is pressing for some action in the International Courts regarding war crimes
They care but they see it as a price that has to be paid to keep their campaign for a Palestinian state alive.Personally, I doubt the Hamas leadership cared how Israel responds, the organisation will survive anyway. No matter the scale of severity of the response, they will, in the end, be able to claim a win. That is the nature of terrorism and insurgency. All imho, of course.
