I see that Israel used it's Arrow anti-balistic missile system to shoot down an Iranian ballistic missile fired from Yemen by the Houti rebels. The first time that an enemy ballistic missile has been shot down in space.

Some people may ask, countries like Japan and South Korea do not seem to have complete sovereignty, are they not very wealthy?

The key is that the number of ‘golden billion’ is limited, and you cannot turn everyone into a member of ‘golden billion’ family, by saying 'we love America'. More likely, they are Japan and South Korea, while your country is just a zoo or banana plantation.

Writing down these ideas is not because I am anti-America, in fact, we are far from that. We have high respect for Western civilization. These are just cruel realities. We have a long history, and history itself is not something to be proud of. If there is really something to be proud of, it is that we have been beaten by history, which is very painful and makes us retain some realism.

On the other side of the pond, if the $14billion taxes spend by americans were instead of budgeting armaments and munitions and weapons, were spent on regulating firearms and advancements of technologies on all schools and colleges to optimize better safety and security of school shooting, there will be far few attacks.

Any extra then go for the care of the hundreds and thousands of homeless in Cali and NY.

I worked in a company owned by a billionaire South African and all we always heard that he was always in favour of one man, one vote. Until one bright spark on the board said that was because he wanted to be that one man. :)

Context is important; It’s important to view these times through the lense of history - where they were, and where they were heading - not expectations of an end state. Iran was moving in the right direction (evidenced by the causes of the revolution), with plenty to go of course, the UK at the time was hardly a bastion of freedom for many non straight white males was it?
 
So would any nation ever say enough is enough and literally help the Palestinians out by sending their own Military in to defend them against the terriost IDF?

What if the death numbers hit 50'00 - 100'000?

At the time the revolution was very popular, the end state by your perspective was obviously not the end state many at the time wanted, I stand by my point that Shah was a brutal dictator

Makes you wonder if that was a test that might have in some way informed Hezbollah’s decision not to get involved. I suspect Hezbollah have similar missiles which would be much less effective with a proven anti ballistic missile system in place. They already know that Iron Dome will intercept the majority of their shorter range missiles.

As difficult as it is for some to digest but Oct 7th didn’t happen in a vacuum, there are so many factors involved, but the key is everyone ignoring the brutality and oppression both in Gaza (by Hams as well) and the West Bank, something was going to explode sooner or later, you can’t brutalise and remove hope from a population and not receive any feedback, and it’s not just Israel at fault the entire world has ignore the plight of the Palestinians which has only encouraged the far right in Israel

Kim Jong-un might provide the buses to get them there.

Erdogan would love to save his Hamas mates but is a bit busy killing and murdering those damn Terrorist Kurds.

I’m assuming your question wasn’t at all serious or would you like someone to go to war with Israel over it?
