If I was optimistic, I would say they can dress this up as a win, "we decapitated Hamas", and get out of there. But I'm not at all optimistic. Seems to me this is either a play for a final solution (yes, I know) to the Gaza problem, or Netanyahu knows he is toast legally and politically when all this is over and so is desperately trying to build up support among the more extreme for when the inevitable comes.

It seems you accept propaganda and emotive videos at face value, but don't accept other information (e.g. news reporting) that doesn't match your agenda.
Everything you see from this war requires Independent verification. EVERYTHING. Not just what doesn't match your agenda. Those sources that prove to be accurate can be sort-of-trusted (you can never be 100% sure). Those that aren't should be treated with a heavy dose of scepticism.
Each to their own I guess.

As far as I'm concerned the US is complicit in this mass slaughter and Biden is directly responsible.
While I think Trump is an abomination I hope Biden loses.
This will be a collective punishment on the population of America.
 
I take it this will be a never ending war and the bloodshed will just continue for a lifetime. Totally depressing situation. No learning curve with this human species. I'm just thankful for mcfc and aldis great booze selection..peace and love

Russia, under Putin or indeed United Russia) is intent on erasing Ukraine as a nation or an ethnicity?
Hamas and it's backers arre intent on erasing Israel and it's Jewish people frm the map?
Israel doesn't help it's cause by treating all Palestinians as it's enemies.
Guilty as charged. The evidence is there.

Not to derail the thread, but I find it hugely ironic, and not a little amusing, that the Americans are in such a mess with their democracy having spent decades trying to force it on others.

The two countries doing the invading are Russia and Israel. Both say they are doing it as a defensive measure.
However statistically speaking, Russia's killing of civilians is National League standard whereas the Israelis well they're more like Real Madrid.

Hopefully the population of Israel will see Netanyahu for what he is and ditch him and his like ASAP. Actions have consequences - as Hamas are finding out at the moment. I presume your totally happy with Hamas kicking this war off then?
