Middle East Conflict

Hamas and Hezbollah are as much as a creation of Israel as they are of Iran but I’m sure you know the history of those two groups.
In the case of Hamas, it is as much a creation of Netanyahu and several other influential far-right Israeli entities as it is one of purely terrorist origins.

Hamas, as we know it today, simply does not exist without Netanyahu.

Didn't Hamas attack Israel? Which is why we are where we are?

I'm not saying Israel are correct. And Hamas possibly had their reasons. But similarily i wouldn't go up to a lion in the wild and kick it in the bollocks and expect it to be fine.

There has to be a peaceful way of sorting this. The region needs sorting for good.

I am on neither side in this conflict. It's crap.

Iran also used to be an Israel ally.

We are where we are. What needs to change and happen for a lasting peace to be a acheivable option?

Hamas and Hezbollah needs to go, as does Netanyahu and others who would govern in a similar fashion and the whole region, Iran especially needs to accept the state of Israel is t going anywhere.

I've just been reading an article about Iran's views on this. Up to this point, since their revolution, they have been against a two state solution as Palestinians only have 20% (Gaza and WB)of original Palestine and in addition the WB is filled with illegal settlements.

They have favoured a one state solution, made up of Moslems, Jews and Christians.

They are not talking about pushing Jews into the sea.

Make of it what you will but it certainly seems a more credible news source than the Daily Mail.

Facts on the ground dressed up as a 'humanitarian intervention'.

Doesn't surprise me. It they wanted to deliver food there were easier ways to do it.

Always thought it was being built to evacuate Palestinians to somewhere else. Maybe Rwanda would be interested

That one state solution means the end of the state of Israel.

That is never happening.
