Nice guy and all but he just was not good enough for us, hence not even being able to sell him and ending up having to loan him. Everton is his level.
I'm amazed that so much emphasis was always placed upon what this 20-something did in his spare time.
I never once saw him show anything less than full effort on the pitch. I've also said before - for those who are locked into stats, stats and nothing but the stats - that the key pass leading to a goal is not always the final ball, so the actual creator is often given no credit for his contribution.
The reaction of the other players, whenever celebrating on the pitch, suggested that he was a very popular player, and they're the bunch who would best know whether he was pulling his weight or not.
Apart from when he's playing against City, I hope he has a terrific season.
Loose or lose? And the winner of this week's "most inappropriate username" award goes to... "
;-)
Seriously, though; it's staggering just how many people on here use "of" when it should be "have". It's defiantly a growing problem, and a problem we need to loose.
That was my gag of the week, as the actress said to the bishop.Loose or lose?
JJ
Lol ....That was my gag of the week, as the actress said to the bishop.
I thought I'd come across a booking for taking the free kick quickly. Yer right, it was Kev.KDB was booked for the same v Newcastle. We actually ‘scored’ as well. The ref was Tierney I think
Love Jack but....Yeah, I pretty much agree with that.Nice guy and all but he just was not good enough for us, hence not even being able to sell him and ending up having to loan him. Everton is his level.

Injuries haven't helped his cause here regardless of anything that may or may not have happened off pitch. He's 30 now by the way.I'm amazed that so much emphasis was always placed upon what this 20-something did in his spare time.

Did you watch him during the treble?Nice guy and all but he just was not good enough for us, hence not even being able to sell him and ending up having to loan him. Everton is his level.
I did and have watched him since. What’s your point?Did you watch him during the treble?
Just that if he wasn’t good enough he did a very good impression in that season.I did and have watched him since. What’s your point?
So bring him back to be a sub.lol.He’d have been perfect today. Much better than the attacking subs we’re bringing on as well
