We didn't last season, we persisted with players playing sub par. We played Jack (never consecutively) and on the whole played pretty well. Forest at home just as an example, played centrally, had a good game, we beat what turned out to be a very good Forest side and during our horrible run. Kicked back into touch the next week. In the end it was clearly personal with Pep. There's no logic to not utilise a good player, when the players around you are playing so poorly, no reason to bring a kid on to make his debut in a cup final, to ship him off the next season if he wasn't being personal. That's where I say Moyes, for now trusts him, believes in him and plays him. Just them factors alone should allow a player to thrive.
