I always had it mind they were a Manchester outfit, but didn't know they were Oldham specifically mate.

I still have a copy of this single somewhere. Not the kind of stuff I'd listen to now but at the time it fitted in with that early 80's atmosphere. You can see why Hempsall once stood in as a replacement for Curtis at a JD gig :)
