This is very true. I very rarely post on the the politics forums these days for the above reason.BM has become very left / Labour / woke / PC & anyone who doesn't share these views gets a pile on.
It's why I don't post much these days and then only on club related topics.

I have a feeling he might be Cricketblue, but hope he’s okay anyway. He had some depressive mood swings that I hope are better.
Same. If he's out there then I hope all is better now. All too familiar spiral into anxiety and he had my sympathy.

I think his 14th wife got his BM credentials in the divorce.Worsleyweb has gone nuclear as his account and all his posts have gone. He must have asked Ric to do that as the mods can't.
That's a shame as he was a good poster but I assume he got fed up with the snide digs he got from a minority on here.

Worsleyweb is a big loss the the forum. Who cares about his politics. His posts were often left field and irrelevant but funny and I for one will miss them. No idea why he left but it will be a shame if it was because of politics. Plenty of posters on the politics threads are dull as ditchwater and dont offer anywhere near as much to the forum as Worsley did imo.
