Missing woman Nicola Bulley - inquest (P 158)

Isn't it obvious that the husband killed her, then dressed up as her and walked the dog. Even joined the teams call, but didn't activate the camera and muted it.

Simple. Next case please.
Think his beard gives him away unless her hrt therapy is too strong

I think another poster, who lives in the area, has said they can't understand why the police are just focusing on the CCTV and, as you say, there are only certain areas covered by it. The poster said there are other ways of leaving the area.

Personally I think she has probably entered the water, but it then begs the question why it has taken over a week to find nothing so far.

Must be awful for her family.
The obvious problem with the police theory is that the longer they go without finding anything around the river, the less credible it becomes.

Truth be told - in a open area with little to no CCTV, very few passers by and several access points - it’s difficult to rule out any of the main theories.

They have spoken to people who knew her and saw her and at least two key witnesses, house to house for ringbell cameras, drivers dashcams , seems likely the ten mins she was unaccounted for something happened

Yeah, so many variables.
Although Im still leaning towards an accident of some type, it's odd they haven't yet found her.

They have had questionable reliability in the past though haven't they?

I see that bloke uses. Decaying Pig flesh, the dogs used in the Madeleine McCann investigation were trained with synthetic chemicals and identified traces of dead body in the boot.

But we now know she was taken by a German nonce burglar. Similar cock up in the Jersey Children's home. Unsurprising that there's only one dog in Scotland or 20 in Europe if it is so difficult to train them to the correct standards.
They are completely different scenarios, though. Cadaver dogs are good at finding cadavers under a period of days to weeks after they have died (and gone through rigor mortis), and the decomposition process is at it's most active. If the Polices hypothesis is correct then a cadaver dog should be able to pick up the scent from a body that has been in the river for a week.

In the McCann investigation there was no body present, and there was very little chance of decomposition fluids being present in the car or the appartment, based on the accepted time-line of events. The use of the dogs was always difficult to explain, imo.

In the case of the Jersey Care Home, the crimes were decades old and very little would be left of the bodies.
