I do not like giving judgement on hearing one side. If true of course it is a travesty but we have heard only one side so I reserve judgement and I would suggest others do likewise.

"Like the drink ma'am, only not spelt the same".Change his name to John Coffee and make a film about it.
Bollocks. Surely DNA evidence showing he didn't commit the murder should be sufficient for, at the very least, a retrial.I do not like giving judgement on hearing one side. It's not just the States. It's everywhere mate. The fact that the prosecution had 6 of the 7 black members of the jury removed before the trial says a lot about the USA as a nation. Basically saying that they expect citizens to make decisions based on race/colour rather than be objective about the evidence in front of them.
Wasn't there, but the physical evidence against him is pretty compelling, even absent the words of his girlfriend and the jailbird who had served his time. No idea what DNA evidence could overcome all the physical evidence and observations of Williams after the event. He appears guilty. That says nothing about my feelings of the death penalty, but that is the law in Missouri. I live in Illinois where the death penalty was repealed by a previous Governor...who was later indicted on unrelated corruption charges!http://murderpedia.org/male.W/w/williams-marcellus.htm
Think this covers everything apart from the new DNA evidence.
