First time watching since the days of Villa and Lampard - don't recognise many names. Who are the designated players in the team?

Maxi Moralez - bit of a stalwart at this point, probably NYCFC's best player
Talles Magno - young south american "wonderkid"
Jesus Medina - signed in a similar vein to Magno but hasn't really worked out

The first time ever I've been watching MLS in a real-time, there is no other sport on right now. Some of our players would injure themselves by just looking at this pitch. I like atmosphere though.

yeah, this fancy South American front men are pretty to watch but next to no use in midfield without the ball. NYC with no midfield without the ball so very easy to play against. Would do wonders to have Dinho for his retirement.

To be fair Portland have always been a great fans whenever I watch them, the city fan in me just knows we will see the lumberjack before the end of 90.
