It proved to be naive didn't it because we got absolutely outclassed and were lucky to only concede 3. Good job he changed it after 70 minutes, but a shame it took him so long.
It has absolutley nothing to do with the shape...we simply couldn;t keep possesion with the players we had.

Silva was a second striker at the Allianze Arena . Without the ball our formation was 4-4-2 .
If your opinion is that Silva came on for Kun and played exactly the same role, only he did it far better, despite never having played there for City before, that's a lovely idea, but unfortunately for you it's just wrong. :)
Precisely. 442 with Aguero being asked to drop deeper behind Negredo or Dzeko, is not the same thing as Silva playing that role behind Aguero.
