Was the ticket bought from the club?

If not and sent from someone it could be they have sold it more than once

Yes I bought it at the same time I bought mine then sent him the email link as instructed. City ended up sending me a new link for me to add to my phone instead. Good job we are going together otherwise he'd be stuck as they didn't offer a solution. (I assume they could have done a paper ticket)
