Moisés Caicedo

this is the question i would ask any liverpool fan , pundit etc, what makes caicedo a 100m player?

Is he particularly skilful? No
Does he score alot of goals? No
Does he decide games by himself? No
Has he got a good engine? Yeah
Can he make a tackle? Yeah

Ladies and gentleman i introduce to you a less talented nigel de jong

The media cretins will suck his arse as usual. They will congratulate him on finding the new superstar. Moses grew up dreaming of pushing waiters in fountains and throwing coins at kids.
Massive younited fan they were telling us last season

This is what happens to clubs that do things the ‘organic’ way. Asset stripped the moment they have any success. The reason City stayed successful was because the financial power meant we could pay players big money and didn’t need the incoming huge transfer fees.
This is everything and more in a nutshell. You simply have to ask people how we could have done anything differently to get to where we are now and they have no answers. If we'd built a team "organically", it would have been looted like Southampton were and Brighton are. Our experience of this was SWP going to Chelsea. The truth is, we couldn't have done it any other way and our owners have hardly put a foot wrong in their 15 years at the helm.

So they previously took Southampton's two best players in Van Dijk and Mane when they were knocking on the door for top four and now they're taking Brighton's two best players in Mac Allister and Caicedo when they are on a similar trajectory under De Zerbi. Apparently we're the ones making the league uncompetitive though.

It's the GPC playbook - buy the best players from your nearest rival to stop them overtaking you.
Dippers see Brighton as the threat for 4th/5th

Very good player and strengthens them
Both Caceido and Macallister are great players and they have addressed what they needed to in midfield. (dont know much about the lad with the really difficult name to spell!)...

They also have that Diaz lad back as well and he is great player and will score goals for fun off of the left for them...

They will be very very strong contenders this year....

Sadly, he is an excellent player. I wanted us to go for him, and most people here wanted him. Liverpool spent a lot, but they will be much stronger this season.

He's had one good season. It's either an inspired purchase by Liverpoo or total madness. I am hoping for the latter.
