City's finest hour tonight.

Watch the defense step up tonight. Even Clichy will have a decent one if called upon.

Whoah that's pushing it a bit ha
Nico will have to stay on his feet and tracker their runner and he doesn't do either very well
This will be a shootout, just hope we score first
Not usually nervous for CL games but i'm starting to sweat ha

Pep's away record in Europe stinks and is probably one of the worst among top coaches.

Anyone who thinks City will blow Monaco is deluded.

We heard you the first time, you got ignored, take the hint.

Ta,i can see dinho and nico getting cards again later

Monaco would definitely try to use that advantage. Same problem for their candidates...
Well, Nico might not be fielded. We'll see.

I guess you're already somewhere behind the sofa?

Big stage tonight, it's wonderful. Come on City!
Even better than playing on a potato field near Rostov on a Thursday night.

I usually reserve the sofa for prem games but after the last game that's where i'll be lol

Not getting to watch it at all, gonna have to keep up to date on my phone. Its going to be a real nervy night. If we can keep it tight defensively and hit them on the break then i think we can win it.

Was watching the european football show on BT last night, they said "City kept a rare clean sheet at weekend" (our 7th in the last 10 games) and "Monaco dictated the play for 2/3rds of the game at the Etihad", what planet do these people live on?

I can see us getting a draw tonight, which i'll be more than happy with.
They fell away badly towards the end but they done more that enough in the game to suggest they can overturn the deficit tonight if we are not firmly on the ball.
I think we will just edge it but would not be surprised if we lose out.
