Buy the players and make it clear that some won’t play. Look how easy they will move on. Don’t know why the club needs outgoing first. Sort all incomings and then use the last weeks to sell/ loan the others. If you don’t tell some players in private that they are not going to get any game time they won’t move. Look at Grealish. Didn’t join the CWC squad and realized that he needs to leave.
