Morning after the night before

i think most if us have been getting carried away with the semi final, and its importance in relation to the future of the club. imho getting in the champions league is the most important thing, taking into account this fair play crap that comes in in 2013. its paramount that we get in it, to attract better (and the right) players, bigger sponsors etc to help with the turnover percentages etc.

I know it wouldn't of effected the result but when Silva went down in the box was it anything like a pen? Sky never replayed it so i didnt get a second look and never even thought to rewind it on the sky+ box?

Yes and playing shit with Spurs level on points if they win their game in hand. 4th in the league is shit anyway with this squad, or most of this squad anyway. I reckon with the personnel at his disposal, Hughes would be doing better than this fucker we have in 'charge' at the minute. I reckon the squad looked at the starting line up and those who were dropped let it known they were pissed off, then those on the pitch let it known they were pissed off too, pissed off Gareth fucking Barry was on the pitch. Barton had everythin spot on last week when he said what he said.

Wait, did we or did we not just win our last game 5-0? SInce when did one game equate to 'playing shit'?

IF Spurs win, IF Spurs score a shit load of goals and IF we fail to win in the league again then sure, we'll miss out on CL football... IF.

Why should the players be pissed off, i think thats nonsense. Fair enough with Milner being breought off whilst Barry lumbers around the pitch, but they shouldn't have been annoyed with our lin eup against Liverpool last night, we rested a couple and rightly so, if only we'd rested Tevez, eh?

Everything is fine, we have played Liverpool twice this season with the aggregate score being 3-3. Winning one and losing one is better in terms of points than drawing against them twice. Current form will go out the window on Saturday, we could be 18th in the league and I'd still be optimistic that we could do the scum at wembley. Plus I think Liverpool played very well last night and it would have been tough for any team not to lose.
