Not sure which games you've been watching but the majority of games have been pretty good.

There's 64 games in this world cup so some of them won't be great

I'd be happy to see a 'great' one.

It's been 75% average and 25% crap so far imo.

There's 38 games for each club in the PL and the vast majority are twice as entertaining as those in this World Cup to date.
