Most famous person you have met?

The Queen, Prince Charles (Prat), Prince Andrew (bigger Prat) had dinner with Maggie and Denis (Legends) and shit you not as a youngster Stuart Hall when he was opening one of his travel shops in Middleton but alas didn't see him getting it on with my Bird !!!

I did a few driving lessons for Spike from The Quireboys a couple of years ago. He'd been driving in L.A. for years but needed to pass the test to be able to drive over here. Considering the life he's led, I'd say he was the most down-to-earth bloke you could meet; Bilston's resident rock star is a genuinely nice feller.

My Nan, 104 next month, once made tea and sandwiches for Joe Mercer when he came round to her house to sign my Dad as an apprentice for Villa. My Grandad had trials as a kid also; Walsall, West Brom, Stoke, and, legend has it, he turned down a trial for City because it was too far to cycle from Blakenall in Walsall. I'm convinced her memory was playing tricks on her when she told me that but she was insistent.

Hoping to meet Ray Davies this week.

ask him if he remembers meeting me in Antigua in 2009. I was on holiday, he had been flown in with his band to perform for a rich American bloke's birthday at a hotel close by. He was a really nice bloke, and even offered to let me go on stage with them to play maracas (sp?) I declined, as I have no rhythm and probably would have screwed up the whole thing....
