For me, hate is only reserved for rags and ex-rags (excluding -for now- Mr Hughes). But there are quite a few who really irritate me: El Hadji Diouff, John Terry, Robbie Savage, Stephen Hunt, Steven Gerrard, and that f*****g twat who clipped my car the other night. I know he's not a player but he's a prize cnut anyway.
