Most hated pundits?

I recently attended a charity function where one of the Sky presenters was a guest, I asked him his opinion of Paul Merson, his reply was " the guy has issues, but he is a nice person underneath", he then went on to say that by far the worse person on the programme is Tony Cascarino, very loud and not very knowledgeable.

For me it has to be Phil Thompson, as for the rag pundits, fair play. I would want to see pro City pundits slaughtering the scum at every opportunity, and to be biased to City in the extreme.

All of them, there's so many o these 'pundits' these days n there is no need for em whatsoever.

They never say anything which is either funny, educational or controversial, just the bleedin obvious.

If youre not a huge football fan then you dont care what they say but if you are then they are no use at all as you already know whatever they say.

Co commentators too, just have one commentator COMMENTATING n nothin more as opposed to two blokes jibbering for 90 minutes n spoiling the game for me.

In defence of Robbie Savage, he did say some positive things about City last Saturday - along the lines of 'if any fans deserve success, it's Man City's'. Apparently he's big mates with Dickov so perhaps he's been enlightened. For me, Alan Green is the most loathsome and obnoxious little turd around. I never listen to any of the football commentary on Radio 5 now because you just know that sooner or later, he will make some totally gratuitous offensive remark about City.

Jamie Redknapp really winds me up. Fair enough, now and again he has something constructive to say but to hear him go on you'd think he was a world beater.

Ok, he falls into the "decent player who's career was ended prematurely by injury catogory" but the cold facts about his glittering career are:

1 x Coca Cola Cup
1 x International goal (in a friendly)
1 x mis-hit shot that Rene Higuita scorpian kicked away.

..... and thats it.

To my mind the only reason he's on Sky week in week out is because his dad is a "Triffic" Manager and his cousin is a "Top, Top Player", His missus is a bit of a looker and he likes holidays with Thomas Cook.

Paul Merson talks sh*t, but he know's he's talking sh*t - this is his charm. Redknapp talks sh*t but is deadly serious about it.

I was never really too bothered about him until last seasons home game against villa and the very personal comments he made abut city, I was raging by the time I got to the ground....other than him, not too bothered about anybody else.

It like the music charts for me the one on top of the pile has usually "outperformed" the rest that particular week, and like the music charts its just one from a bad bunch.

Merson is top, clearly no media training and just speaks like he's in the pub.

Lee Dixon is the best analyst and although he's a City fan he's pretty impartial, I like him.
