Most Overrated Player to Play for City

Of course , my mistake ...4
Is this the same YaYa who has been involved in all the memorable cup semi finals, finals and league success over a five year period we are talking about here.
He was our best big game player since he signed for about 5 years and was great week in and out.
Okay he was an arsehole some times but his record on the pitch when it mattered is hard to beat.

Shaun Goater, always thought he was proper shit and almost never hit the ball cleanly.

Over rated? He was ridiculed by all and sundry in his first season with us. No one rated him

He totally turned it round with hard work and endevour. The amount of times he bailed us out with winning goals was unbelieveable. We would not be in the position we are in now without his goals dragging us kicking and screaming through the divisions.

I just don't understand where you get over rated from in regards to the goat as absolutely no one rated him in the beginning what so ever. I don't think there is a single player who has changed opinion as much as the Goat has.

He cost 360K and scored over 100 goals for us and you think he is over rated? What more could you possibly want out of him? His 3 goals against United alone were worth more than what we paid for him.
We actually made money on what we paid for him, when we sold him. I can't think of any other 30+ year old that we have sold and made money on.

His impact and contribution for our club in under rated imo. If anyone deserves cult status, it is the goat. He might not have been the most elegant footballer we have ever had, but he us arguably the most important imo.

The treble last season was won without Yaya. De Bruyne is unplayable at the moment. He has the marks of a legend if he keeps it up.

Yaya was a big match player , the bigger the game the better he played , he was a colossus for our club at his peak and he could take penalties.

Threads are arse when people give their opinion and people storm in and pile on them.

Bit of a pointless thread if people can't be open about what they think.

Most of the quadruple season was played without De Bruyne with his niggling injuries.
