Most pain you've been in

Probably one of the more severe whisky hangovers I've had where it is beyond "hair of the dog" being an option. Raging headache combined with throwing up bile.

I'm extremely fortunate (touch wood), a side from breaking my arm I've not been hospitalised.

For those who’ve had Sciatica how long did it take to go? I’m on month 4 now hoping my scan shows up what can be done, I’m in fucking agony.

3 months so you have beaten that.
Every one said to keep moving but doctor gave pain relief and muscle relaxants and told to rest until no pain then gently get yourself mobile again.
Bed to bathroom for 6 week's and another 6 getting back to decent dog walking fitness.

Mine never did and I had to have back/disc surgery twice. Fixed the problem in the end though.

Back muscle spasm. Absolute agony. Couldn't move properly and had to make my own way to A&E. Sat there groaning in pain for an hour before I was given strong painkillers.
