Haha SHWC - it's lions head overlooking Cape Town apparently. I would be scared I'd just jump!! Do you ever get that feeling when you are high up and on the edge? The urge just to jump? Or is that just me lol

Thats a dead man, possibly a soldier, frozen solid and placed in a manner to put the fear of god into ones enemies. My guess is that its probably very effective.
