Let's be honest almost every inner city area in Manchester is a shithole crawling with smack heads.

Seems like you just have an irrational hatred of North Manchester, especially considering you changed your tune when quite rightly pointed out that your claim about Moston was well off the mark.

Sorry, i currently have a caseload of 80+ clients from across south m/cr and drugs are sadly all over. The lad i took to Smithfield in Collyhurst last week for detox went to a private school.

Coming home after the Monaco game, driving along Bradford Road and where you turn right at tge crossroads to drive through Ancoats there's a phone box there must have been about 6 smack heads scurrying about waiting for the dealer...horrible taint on our City
