Mou in please.

My missus has just made a direct request for Jose as well, she's just seen the news and said "I don't like this Pelican fella he looks like he's about to drop dead." She has clearly based her opinion on footballing reasons rather than any cosmetic approach.

I wish my Mrs would pay even the slightest bit of interest in football to be honest!

Fuck Jose, I wouldn't want that despicable **** anywhere near our club. There is a very good reason why Madrid want rid, and why we aren't interested, and also why Barca, United and Bayern didn't want him. He ain't that fucking special.

Can people not see what the club are trying to do,......

Mancini was a manager who although he wins things the success is short lived, much like Mourinho.

Give either of them 100 million or more to spend each season and they will keep buying the best players available for success. This isn't sustainable.

If they don't get the money then they have a ready made excuse for not attaining success.

Chelsea wouldn't use their youth players, and City's academy isn't producing players good enough for the where the club wants to be. Neither of these two managers are remotely interested in academy's.

We now have a club which has won trophies, we can attract good players and can compete in Europe and domestically. A manager will come in to coach the players and improve the whole squad. If it works, then we know we have just about the strongest squad in the league on paper. We shouldn't be scared of a managerial change. We have had plenty in the past, and most lasted less than 3.5 years. We will still be around the top of the league, and in the cups. We are in a far better place than we were 7-8 years ago.

The decision has been made, and we should look forward. Mancini was good for the club and last season was something special for any supporter under 45, (and most over this age too !)

It least it isn't Moyes in charge, and we have some cash in the bank too !

Forget Pellegrini - Soriano and Txiki should kiss and make up and offer Jose a 5 year deal on mega money. Tried and tested way to success, I'd say.
Discuss please.

We have just sacked a manager whom allegadly has people / man management issue, appears to be high mainteancne, difficult to get on with and our club wants to have a holisitc approach

Mouriniho is just about the opposite of all these things and there is no way Khaldoon or the two Spanish chaps would ever go for this guy after what has been said

Regretfully the next manager will be Roberto Martinez - likes tippy tappy football, well liked by the players, loved by the press, will do as he is told and Spanish.

Done Deal

Personally I'd be delighted if we got Mourinho, after all he's about as close to guaranteed success as we could get. There is surely no chance though given that he is a loose cannon and the decision makers at the club would probably just think he would be more than capable of creating as many problems within the club as the one they've just sacked. I'd love Klopp but I don't think there is much chance he will leave Dortmund this summer. I don't know much about Pellegrini apart from what we've all read but I think it is telling that any journalists or ex footballers who are based in Spain have raved about him, it's only the ignorant journos over here who know nothing more than we do about him but have to pretend they're experts on him who have tried to make out he'd be a shit appointment. Hopefully we will get him and he will show the twats in the English press how little they really know.

Just seen a picture of Mourinho meeting with Khaldoon not sure how to repost on here and not sure if it's genuine but thought I'd add my bit.

It's probably nothing.
