For sure ! but you know i live in France & when you see the potential of PSG or Monaco in the long future, it's all for PSG since it is Paris backed by QSI(like ADUG so you can talk about a country), a plan for a new academy, training center and new stadium with more capacity... so for Monaco until now nothing said about such plans like that ! because if you have to spend for 2 or 3 years but after that nothing it will not last long.
