The thing is that it's not possible to reset Man U. Normally, when companies need a change in leadership, the leader board or CEO assign a task to a project steering group, that is responsible for the change. Then a lot of people will loose their heirarchial position and have to move down the ladder or just move along.
I just don't see how they can manage to change the sporting side of things when the problem is basically the people in the board and the steering group. Will they initiate a project that means they will remove themselves from power and influence? I just don't see it.
That's exactly right mate, they fell fortunate with the GPC who looked after the footballing side with Herr Gill and the backroom board just went after sponsorships and cash without worrying about what was happening on the field.
Their money grubbing ways haven't changed even though they are collapsing on the field they don't know what to do because they have salesmen at the top who couldn't run an ice cream parlour.
