Mourinho Sacked

The appointment, and the timing was done with an eye on Pogba, if you ask me. The United board were afraid of him leaving in January, and he's too valuable a marketing asset to lose. He's become what Rooney was at the time he wanted to leave in 2010. Brand wise, he's their most valuable player by far.

Solskjaer can't fail. The players will improve because Mourinho is gone, and the fans will never turn on him. All he needs to do is keep the players happy, and play more attacking football. League wise, I expect they'll stay pretty much in the same place, around 6th/7th, with 5th a possibility.

Afraid of losing pogba!? No club will touch him with a 10 foot Barge pole for the money the rags want! He is a 50m Squad player.

Nothing to do with Pogba but all about their next set of fixtures, it’s highly likely they’d win all 5 games before Spurs even with Mourinho in charge, they couldn’t sack him then, perfect timing now, new guy gets 5 winnable games and everyone will call it a genius appointment, gives them time to get the fans back on board, only reason they’ve gone got OGS, no way would they have gone for him with his track record if he hadn’t played for them.
In the end this will backfire as he’s fucking clueless.

It’s likely already been posted but, if you are looking for a quick laugh, here you are...

The interim job isn’t that risky.

They won’t get a CL place and they won’t get relegated. No man’s land is their battle field.

Key requirements are to re-establish discipline and morale and get them playing a more enterprising brand of football. That plus fifth or sixth place isn’t a tall order now that the chief irritant is expelled.

How is an 11 year old going to re-establish discipline?

I suppose there's a connection with Peg keeping his mouth shut and the severance pay.

Sooner or later his massive ego will get the better of him and he'll spill the beans.

Sean Dyche seems like the perfect long-term appointment to me. Give out another 6 year contract. He was almost manager of the season, don't you know?
