Really hard to know if it's good to use daily, doesn't make much difference or can actually stain/damage teeth.

I use the dental harps (toothpick things) every day never have an issue

Most dentists won't tell you this but if you clean your teeth with water rather than toothpaste and then freshen it up with a sugar free gum it works the same as using toothpaste.
