Get yourself to spoons in Picc or Shambles before noon (if that is not too early) then out to the Townley and you will met enough people to enjoy the day with.
Plenty of Norn Iron City fans at most games though not sure where the other lots drink before games (though some go to Mary D's for a reason I can never understand).
Get yourself to the SU and you will meet plenty of other Blues (and pick two decent looking female types for me to choose between for the Dortmund game, earlier if I can get a cash influx before then)
