I refer you to our bid for Lescott...

He's just trying to be controversial and play Devil's advocate.
Sadly he's confusing this with simply being a dick again.

Not at all. I've always thought Moyes to be a decent bloke when at Everton. Ferguson I can understand the criticism of him being a bully as there's been examples of that. Not playing Devils advocate just generally interested if he is a genuine nice guy or a horrible bully like Alex ferguson , don't see how that's a controversial question
Why can it only be one or the other? I know someone in the game who had dealings with him and said he was impressive intellectually, which didn't surprise me tbh.

He has the same capacity as Taggart to irritate (and worse) and if you can't appreciate that then I suggest you start following netball.

met him socially at everton and he came across as a smug arrogant twat with shit taste in cardigans !!! now he manages united his smiley face annoys me more than ever.

Roy Keane was a mild mannered, quiet boy at Nottingham Forest (I know someone who was at the club when he joined Forest).
He moved to the Swamp. The rest is history.
As sure as night follows day history will repeat with Moyes at the Swamp.

Just listened to it. It's abit wierd having a Rag manager doing an open interview on the radio, after 27 years of Baconface only talking to the press when he was forced to.

I think Moyes will eventually learn to keep his cards close to his chest. It seems to me that a manager these days is the spokesperson, but the people he brings in with him are just as important.

I didn't hear the 'Davey' interview, but whilst in the car I had the privilege of listening to the words of wisdom that are personified by the one and only Paddy Crerand C.H.O. (**** of the Highest Order). What a fucking dickhead!

One gem that stuck out for me was..............."he'll have a bigger squad to work with at United of 22, 26 players(?). At Everton he only had 14".

WTF. Did I already mention it?...............WHAT A FUCKING DICKHEAD

This is partially incorrect. He became an arsehole when he was at Forest and I have that from numerous, well placed sources, rather than one.

That's partially incorrect; he's always been like that. He's a pikey; it's genetic.

I don't know why the media keep interviewing Moyse as all he says can be condensed into these statements.

1) Manchester United is the greatest club in the world.
2) Ferguson is the greatest manager of all time.
3) I'm honoured to become United's new manager.
4) We'll keep buying world class players.
5) We'll keep churning out great players from our academy.
6) Wayne Rooney is not for sale.

Not much insight from Davey boy so far then.
