Moyes on Vieira..

"but if you're asking me if it is good for English football, then I'm not so sure"

Donovan plays for the US - one of England's World Cup opponents.

Heh heh Mr Moyes - engage brain...

Noone is questioning Vierras qualities, at least in the past, but do you not worry that his signing was more a glimpse of insecurity on your managers part, in that he has kind of brought his old head prefect in to make life a little more familiar?
After all, you could buy anyone, providing they would join you couldn't you?

depends who is available doesnt it! it is always harder to buy in january than it is in summer, vieira was available so he went for him, simple,

why the hell would manchini be insecure,, played 3, won 3 for 6 against 0,,, yeah we can all see why he's insecure....

Stoke, Wolves, Middlesbrough. Hardly top class opposition.

he may have done that, but for me he has brought a player that has won 4EPL titles, 3FAC, 3 italian titles, 2 italian cups, 1 italian super cup, 1 world cup and 1 european championship

now that for me is a WINNER that is what has been brought to the club

You beat what's in front of you, which Hughes notably failed to do against Hull and Burnley.

At least I've calmed the forked tongues :o)
Enjoy your weekend and prepare for our match. You'll need some tissues, so don't forget to pop into Superdrug for some eye wiping material.

My prediction :

Good guys 2 : 0 Bad guys

sorry, clearly we should have asked the premier leage to alter our fixtures list when manchini took over, so we could play liverpool, arsenal, chelsea and united just after he took over,,, bit of a stupid comment really, no manager is insecure when they are winning no matter what the opposition is, you can only beat what is put in front of you,,

doesnt get much harder for a while, blackburn then everton! then finally comes a test against utd,

everton v wolves 1-1 at home!
everton v stoke 1-1 at home,,,

now which manager should be insecure, after all they are hardly top class oposition are they!!
