By committee I assume you mean the enquiry.
They haven't appeared yet but will most certainly be called in phases 5/6 later in the year. As it's a judicial enquiry they will be compelled to appear. Vennels has said she intends to co-operate fully with the enquiry although whether she suffers with the amnesia that has inflicted many others that have appeared remains to be seen.
Van Den Bogerd has already been accused of perjury by a high court judge.
