Mr Bates vs the Post Office

Again I appreciate what you are saying but, (there's always a but). 4 years ago they had a specific allegation about one trial. I doubt this hearing started then. Why wait for the rest anyway ? Investigate the one you have clear evidence against.
5 years ago (nearly) the Horizon Issues Trial Judgement was passed down on 16th December 2019.
There is a memorandum of understanding between the inquiry and the Met.

Sung the tune of "The man who broke bank at Monte Carlo"

That Memo is dated 2022. 2 years and 9 months after the Met were told by a senior judge that he believed people had committed perjury.
I do wonder if the Met have done anything since the initial report.
I remember The Guinness 4. Ernest Saunders, the only person in medical history to fully recover from Alzheimers. I do wonder if this is the same.

Funny how the sub-postmasters can remember clearly everything that happened?

Yet the Post Office managers and employees and those working for Fujitsu can not remember a bloody thing.

They always remember what they didn’t do or say but can’t remember their actions……

One thing I will agree with is how poor email communication is in organisations. Often emails are sent & it doesnt address what they want & they turn into corporate waffle.
