It's not really the length of time I was worried about more that the people in positions like Vennell's always seem to get away with it. I guess it will depend on the evidence but a TV documentary and the recent hearing may prejudice what could be considered a fair trial.

Couldn't believe that the PO simply stalled the trial in having the judge removed knowing the sub postmasters couldn't fund another trial.

She’s 62 so can retire in the sun without having her career cut short. A bit if humiliation at the hands of Mr Beer would of been a small comfort for those affected.
