I don't think it does, it just mentions a billion pound refit of the stadium although for a billion quid you could build one hell of a stadium!

I love savaloys! And Battered sausage, and cod roe, and Pukka Pies (Hollands are shite!), and Curry sauce and Gravy. That's why it's best in the Midlands, you get the northern stuff (Curry, Gravy), the Midlands stuff (Pukka Pies) and the southern stuff (The rest). Loverly! :D
