I think that Mr Mancini knows that you cant form a cohesive unit if people do not go through it all together. The FA cup will be a catalyst. Although Craig is a cracking player and always gives 100%, he will probably train on his own because of injury. Psychologically, this could make the difference between a team fighting for each other and a group of individuals fighting for the title. The team fighting for each other with a common goal wins hands down.
