Eccles cakes!!! Yes I love them, especially heated up in the microwave for 45 seconds. :-)

I thought they'd put warnings on them saying do not microwave (haven't got any in to check). Once again Eccles shows her rebellious side :-)

I hope you keep an eye on them we don't want you turning into Eccles The Firestarter.

In Lancashire it’s a muffin, Ashton u Lyne used to be in Lancashire and the indoor market sold the best oven bottom muffins ever. I think someone else mention these. With chips on, delicious.

Ashton market hall has about 4 stalls that sell proper oven bottom muffins and the best stall is opposite Pearsons butchers. That good that they're usually sold out by 1pm.
