But why did you feel the need to express your dislike for the sport (which many share, by the way) on this thread, when there is, as Nightmare said, a general boxing thread in existence? This thread is clearly meant as a means of paying respect to the man, not his sport?

Not being flippant, just an opinion. I'm not criticizing the man himself, but the sport. I think boxing is nothing more than violence and encourages violence in others, particularly young people, I've seen evidence of that myself in the past. Like I said though, still very sad that he is no longer with us.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, yours is wrong but you are entitled to it
