Weiss was outstanding yesterday, always beating his man and getting the ball over, got to be close to a 1st team start next season

I'm surprisingly pissed about this, probably because I'm hyper sensitive about it at the moment as I'm concerned that City seem to be losing touch with their roots a bit recently. To be honest, as Hughes was taking the game, and a number of first team players were playing, I see it as a first team friendly. I've emailed the club and everything, will post when I get a reply.

agree with all that your saying damocles, except this^^^^^^^^^^^^

by all accounts under cook the club are trying to build bridges with supporters groups, etc...
 
It raises an eye brow but nothing more IMO. It was a very low key friendly, they weren't even wearing our proper kit they were just training tops
