Cheers mate - just seen that but my mate still can't confirm whether he can get the time off. He works for Royal Mail and they're a ballache where holidays are concerned. He's been trying to get hold of a manager all morning to confirm whether it's ok.

We were on similar flights with singapore airlines for the salzburg game last year. Best planes I've ever been on. Didn't mind so much getting the 6 am flight back last year as it was a friday, but didn't fancy it this year with it being midweek

Haha were you one of the bastards at the back mate? I was sat near the front where everyone was nie and quiet. Half way through I was thinking to myself 'fucking hell everyone is well behaved on this one'. Went for a piss in the toilets at the back, opened the curtains and everyone was running wild filling their own drinks up and singing songs.
Needless to say, the 6am flight back was a lot quieter...

does anyone know how regular the trains are from munich to salzburg. our flight is 11am wednesday. need to know if we can get a train from munich to salzburg wednesday morning to get there in time for that flight
