Well if you think you can plan a lesson in 15 minutes, I'd suggest you were doing a pretty shit job of it. You certainly wouldn't last long at my school doing that.

Haha, yeah whatever. Absolute bullshit mate. You were either doing a shit job and you knew it or you're taking the piss. A lot of people blag their way through an ESL career. Do a proper lesson plan when you're being observed and just turn up and make it up as they go along the rest of the time.
