I might have taken and hour or so when I first started out and wasn't that confident but after that, you shouldn't really need anything like that long.

Well if you think you can plan a lesson in 15 minutes, I'd suggest you were doing a pretty shit job of it. You certainly wouldn't last long at my school doing that.
