Hi my pc wont start i am gutted.....

i keep getting this:

any idea on what i should do? i know fuck all about computers.

I had to do this yesterday, with my PS3 to get FIFA out!

I wasn't being entirely serious.

I think something similar happened to me a while back. My motherboard was fucked and it had to be returned to the homeland.
