My Stroke Journey

This brought a tear to my eye, well done fella. My wife had a left side stroke on holiday in July last year and now can walk a bit with a stick but in general I have to push her round in a chair. She is now moving her arm up to the wrist, getting the bloody fingers going though is a challenge. Its a long, tough road but hoping she can get where you are and you both can carry on going. Well Done !!

All the best with your continuing recovery. So glad your improving and Erling scored a hatrick for you . X

That’s a brilliant recovery and testimony to your strength of character to walk again, absolute respect Danny, well done x

I did a thing yesterday!
Following a life threatening brain haemorrhage & haemorrhagic stroke in March 22, after being told I wouldn’t walk again, me and my daughter walked back into the ground together for the first time again yesterday! I collapsed on the night we played palace away March 2022

Hope I’m ok sharing these links.
Proud moment & it made me realise just how far we’ve come!

Amazing story and recovery

So scary it can just happen to a relatively fit and young person

Well done on your recovery and your daughter must of felt very proud walking with you

All the best.
