I only really consistently hate united. I dislike intensely a few others but it is a fluid situation depending on the circumstances. For instance I hated Sunderland when keane was their manager but quite like them usually. Currently Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern are pretty despised, I never like Wolves much either for some reason..
