It would be easier to list the ones I don't hate. It does change but at the moment it's

Rags and always will be
Candle pool and always will be 2nd
Chelsea because of Moaninho
Arsenal
Everton because we are their final every year.

Honourable mentions go to

Spurs because of 81, I will never forgive or forget
Newcastle because of their deluded fans
Wigan can fuck off back to the conference where they belong
County can go further and further down the ungrateful shits.

Everton have always annoyed me, though bonus points for losing on purpose last season.
